This session will address why companies use ERP solutions – what are the typical use cases and types of implementations which are common. ERP can be a driver of change, digital transformation, optimization, can support back-office functions and is undergoing substantial technical transformation with adoption of cloud SaaS solutions. Given these use cases, we will discuss methods of implementation based on the scenario. Waterfall may suite some uses, agile for others, continuous build in others. We will review key project management structures such as a PMO, PMO as a Service, Portfolio management, best practice PMO capabilities and PM accelerators. We will address best practices roadmap and assessment approaches to define the implementation scope.

Thank you! ) Last Date for On-line Registration is Mon, February 14, 2022 Description: Appreciative Inquiry focuses on the strengths of the people under management and forms processes around those strengths. This is the opposite of the conventional practices which look for deficits and seek to strengthen the skill of individuals to fulfill the deficits. The deficit focus drives negative comments which drives lower morale and turnover. A positive focus drives process changes around the good skills sets which the people possess. Appreciative Inquiry Management, though simple in theory, is difficult to manage as it requires a shift in mindset often unattainable without coaching and feedback. It requires a strong willingness to change processes based upon the skill of the individuals within the organization. Without an agreement to provide feedback with the assumption of good intent, it is impossible to implement.
