It is traditional that our Chapter will hold a short Annual Business Meeting at the beginning of the December event. Please note that the first 15 minutes of this webinar is dedicated for our Chapter President to present our 2022 annual business report and announcements.
Our Insight event speaker, Prakash Bettadapur, will start his webinar in the same Zoom meeting session immediately following the Annual Meeting.
Business transformation involves making fundamental changes in how business is conducted in order to help cope with shifts in market environment. History has shown how businesses that failed to make those fundamental shifts have failed dramatically.
Increasingly Business transformation has been associated with Digital transformation of the organizations, and those companies that drive the Digital first strategy are the ones that succeed. The key operative word in digital transformation is the ability to drive thetransformation. Successful transformation requires the companies to embrace agility.
Transforming the enterprise requires Scaling Agility to the enterprise. Though there are a few approaches to scaling agility, none have been as successful as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). In this presentation, we will cover how Scaled Agile Framework helps to drive various aspects of Digital Transformation in Organizations, and in turn successfully enable Business Transformation. We will also cover what is the role of a Program Manager in Scaling Agility.

About the Instructor:
Prakash Bettadapur
Prakash Bettadapur is the CEO of Arch-Tech Agile Solutions Inc. and works with many startups and large organizations as an Agile Evangelist, Enterprise and Executive Coach and Trainer. He is also a Leadership Coach and Trainer, Business Agility Coach and Startups Advisor. Being a software engineer, Prakash is a proponent of good software engineering practices and has been promoting Agile initiatives for over 15 years.
He has business certification programs in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and LEADership from Stanford Graduate School of Business in addition to Scrum certifications and SPC 5 (Scaled Agile).
Prakash worked with Cisco Systems in various senior, executive leadership roles and was also responsible for Agile transformations across many divisions. Now he shares his wisdom with large and medium organizations and startups. He is a regular speaker at many conferences and meetups, sharing his thoughts on Agile, Leadership and Innovation.
