Workshop Instructor: Kimberly Wiefling
Kimberly has been consulting in Silicon Valley & globally for nearly 20 years. She's the author of Scrappy Project Management. A scientist by education, she has an M.S. in physics & B.S. in chemistry & physics. She worked in HP’s analytical products group for ~10 years, on complex
systems of hardware, software, high vacuum, high pressures, gases,
liquids, and chemistry. Her roles included customer service & manufacturing engineering, R&D product development program
management & quality.
Kimberly offers an enormous "strategic edge" through her work supporting leaders in growing their business and company, delivering high quality, measurable outcomes. Her programs and "learning labs" have made many better leaders, enabling them to drive increased business success and create a more positive work environment. She works across a wide range of industries and global locations, with a special focus on globalizing Japanese companies (she has a global reach as well as working in the U.S.).

This event is a professional society meeting, held for the benefit of its members. The Plan Ahead registration fee paid is based on the registrant's ability to commit to attendance, ahead of time. The Plan Ahead registration fee will not be refunded for any reason, other than event cancellation, after normal business hours (5:00 PM, Pacific) on the registration deadline day. The PMI - Silicon Valley Chapter reserves the right to make last-minute changes to program content and speakers, as circumstances dictate.
