Among the two critical trends in software development, the key ones are adoption of a product-centric approach and second is combining Agile and DevOps to accelerate time to capability, improve product quality and thereby user experience.

In this session, my focus will be to share my experience on how we bring agile and DevOps together to deliver the same values for our customers.

About the Instructor:

Soumen Saha

Soumen Saha is a Sr. Director with Capgemini Group. Over the last 14 years, he has consulted for multiple clients globally in Europe and North America. With over 20 years in the IT industry working and global work experience, he has built large software product engineering teams, built two startups ground up and has been consulting for a lot of telco and high-tech giants for over a decade. He has played multiple roles from being a solution architect to a product owner, service manager. He is currently an Account Executive for tech sector clients. He leads the GTM function and plays an advisory role for various Capgemini clients who are implementing or refining implementation of DevOps in their organization and integrating Agile and DevOps in their large-scale Managed Services program.

He also teaches DevOps Master Class, a Capgemini University curriculum to Capgemini consultants globally. Soumen is based out of San Jose, California and is passionate about photography, traveling, paddling and a variety of music from Indian classical to Jazz and soft rock.
