Jason Brucker, Managing Director & Transformation Program Execution Practice Leader, Protiviti.

Jason is a Managing Director and global leader of Protiviti’s Transformation Program Execution practice. Based in Denver, Colorado he oversees delivery of Technology Consulting solutions across the Western United States and is also part of the firm’s global Technology Strategy and Operations leadership team. With certifications in project management, agile, IT governance, IT service management, and IT audit, he has over 20 years of experience in digital, information technology, and risk consulting. His experience includes a broad range of industries and solutions, from short-term strategy, roadmap, and assessment projects, to full-scale transformation initiatives, implementation programs and IT operations management. Jason has also assisted multiple clients with public company and M&A programs as well as implementation, operation, and improvement of technology compliance programs.

Sofia Hansen, PMP, SAFe SPC/SA, CEP

Sofia is an Associate Director in the Protiviti’s Digital Solution Consulting Practice. She has over twenty-five years of product management/development and program management experience across a number of different industries including financial, educational and consumer products. Her experience includes managing Agile/Scrum and SAFe transformations, Lean Portfolio Management / Value Streams, Change Management, Employee Engagement efforts and identification of company areas of improvement. She has her PMP, SAFe SPC/SA, and CEP certifications. She received her BS and MBA degrees from Pace University in New York City.
